That is the number of unique visits to my “Beefs” post.
I am very humbled by this response. It is the most views any post on here has ever had.
With that in mind, and hoping some of these new readers will return, here are some memorable blog posts from the history of citizenclass:
“Pain at Cain” – a somewhat embarrassing story involving skiing, Mt. Cain and a little too much whiskey…
“Bad Decisions” – continuing the trend in poor judgement, this post recounts my almost getting caught in an avalanche.
“Near Death Experiences” – this post describes an avalanche incident I wasn’t involved in. It received considerable comment and raised some important questions about back country skiing at Mt. Cain.
“Reading the instructions is important” – just watch the video at the end…
“Cross-roads” – this post may actually represent a cross roads in my blog. More about true life and less about “adventure”.
“Crossroads” – apparently I have a bad habit of naming multiple blog posts the same thing…or I arrive at a lot of crossroads in life…
“Remembering Chris” – this post is about my past friend Chris Saunders, who died on a Canadian Navy submarine.
“letters to the editor” – yes – I write these often…
“something new” – my attempt at fictional satire…to be continued…
“Oh really” – I lambaste the Mayor of Courtenay over his general lack of understanding of the real world…
“Olympic Perspective” – some reflections on the Olympics and competitive sports.
“A fortunate series of events” – let’s end on a bright, non-embarrassing note, shall we!
and there are many, many more as I have been writing this blog since 2010.
I hope you will all come back!
